The event took place at the conference hall of the <strong>Wan Chamber of Commerce and Industry <\/strong> and attracted significant public interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">151 Children from Seven Cities Participated<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition, which aims to strengthen children&#8217;s connection to their mother tongue and Kurdish literature, welcomed participants from seven cities: <strong>Wan, Colemerg, Elih, Amed, Sert \u00fb Bedlis.<\/strong> A total of <strong>151 children<\/strong> applied to take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following an evaluation by the jury, <strong>20 finalists<\/strong> were selected to perform on stage, where they recited Kurdish poems with remarkable skill and confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Winners and Awards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the conclusion of the competition, the following participants received the top awards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Songul Din\u00e7er<\/strong> \u2013 First Place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delal Duman<\/strong> \u2013 Second Place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gul Kaya<\/strong> \u2013 Third Place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Successful participants were awarded prizes including <strong>a quarter gold coin, a tablet computer, a smartwatch, and cash prizes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artists Added Color to the Event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presented by <strong>Macit Orhan<\/strong> and <strong>Cahide Ko\u00e7<\/strong>, the program evolved into a lively cultural festival thanks to the participation of several artists. Renowned <strong>dengbej<\/strong> (traditional Kurdish singer) <strong>Taha Bozdemir<\/strong>, along with artists <strong>Neslihan Edi<\/strong>s and <strong>Shivan Ula<\/strong>s, delighted the audience with Kurdish songs and performances, further enhancing the excitement of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cWe Want This Competition to Become a Tradition\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representatives of the organizing institutions emphasized that the competition is not merely a contest but also an effort to preserve and promote the Kurdish language among younger generations.
