<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A celebration was organized by the Akademy for the Kurdish Language Festival on May 15 at the Urartu Hotel.
The program was presented by Nursen Orhan and \u0130brahim Korkmaz, first the teacher and writer Mr. Sehvan Karakoyun gave a speech about the importance of the day. Teacher Karakoyun talked about the life of Celadet Ali Bedirkhan that chock full\u00a0and his work for the Kurdish language. He also talked about the publication of the Hawar magazine and how it inspire of this festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, the second level Trainee, Mr. Omer Karatay, read the story called The Farmer’s Man’s Treasure. In addition, student Zeynep Orhan also read Cegerxwin’s poem called Koma Miletan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, the President of the Akademy, teacher Abdurrahim Orhan, talked about the Akademy and its activities with a slide, and talked about the development of the Kurdish language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the program, the students who successfully completed the course in 2024 received their certificates. Student certificates were given by the writer and researcher of the Kurdish language Mr. Khalid Sadini, Teacher Bedrettin Wani and writer and teacher Sehvan Karakoyun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A plaque was given to G\u00fclseren Kiraz for her voluntary work and English courses for the Akademy by the head of the Akademy, Mr. Orhan. After that, the Yes and No game was played with some of the participants, and those who came to the stage were rewarded with flowers and books. The books given to the participants were gifted by Mr. Khalid Sadini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After these activities, the artists Mr. Dengbej \u0130smail Seyranoglu and Mr. Dengbej Taha Bozdemir took the stage, with musicians Hasan Olcar and Yakup Oren. The artists took the audience to the unique world of Kurdish music with the folk songs they sang with their beautiful voices. At the end of the program, the participants danced with traditional Kurdish dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
